Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery within Bali is handled via GoSend daily.

• Delivery across Indonesia is handled via Paxel or Tikki daily.

• For remote areas and islands, we confirm the available courier options and shipping costs with the customer via email before dispatch.

• International shipping is dispatched twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays, via DHL.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location and courier performance.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.

Product Information

All items are handmade. Slight variations in shape, color, or texture may occur due to the nature of artisan production and natural materials.

Payments

We accept payments through Xendit (local Indonesian methods), credit/debit cards, and PayPal.

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated.
